Responsibilities of the Planning Board:
The Planning Board works to maintain and improve the quality of life in our community. Acting upon such issues as applications for site plan review, housing developments, special use permits, subdivisions, environmental protection and agriculture.
The Planning Board conducts site plan reviews to insure that development in the Town of Candor meets the minimum requirements of the town’s local laws.
